The Default Quote Layout (Display) determines how your Quote is displayed to recipients
There are 2 Layouts:
Default
Modern
Layouts are set at the Quote Document Preset(s) of Company Settings or the Quote's Preview Settings
To Select the Quote PDF Layout
Quick Flow:
Company Settings Side Menu
Correspondence Top Tab
Document Settings Expandable Section
Quote Presets Tab
Preset > Open
Layout > Select
[SAVE]
1. From the Side Menu, Press Company Settings
2. From Company Settings, Press the Correspondence Top Tab to display the Document Settings Expandable Section
3. From the Document Settings Expandable Section, Select the Quote Presets Tab to display the Quote Document Presets, then Press a Quote Document Preset to open
4. From the open Quote Document Preset, scroll to the "Layout" field and Press the Dropdown button to display the options
5. Select "Default" or "Modern" option, then Press [SAVE] to save the selection
💡 TIP: At the time of sending, a different Quote Layout can be selected from the Settings popup of the Quote Preview.
