To Enable a User to Change Job Stages
For a User to be able to Change a Job's Stage they need to be enabled on the Katipolt Desktop side. To do this they need to be added to a Role with permission “Edit Job Stages” toggled "On".
Company Settings Side Menu > Staff Top Tab > Roles Expandable Section > Select a Role that displays “Edit Job Stages” toggled on OR from a Role toggle it on > then select the person from the “Assigned To” dropdown to add
To Change a Job's Stage
1. From a Job Screen, Tap on the Job’s Stage to display the Job Stage Options Screen
2. From the Job Stage Options Screen, Tap a Stage to be returned to the Job Screen with the Job Stage updated
💡 TIP: On return, the Job Screen will display a confirmation message that the Job Stage has been successfully updated.
The Job on Katipolt Desktop will now display the new Job Stage
