Why am I getting an Error message “sectionTotalMismatch”?

The Total Mismatch error is because there is a mismatch in calculation figures, the mismatch can be as little as 0.0001c. A lot of products are Costed to 4 decimal places, even though you only see 2, and depending on the Product quantities, the rounding up/down of those quantities, the calculations can give varying results.

To Resolve: Trigger a recalculation, to do this, either toggle each of the Quote’s Sections Off/On OR move a Visbuild Kitset Icon 1 click on the plan, then Save.

Why can’t I Save my Quote? I am getting a banner "Quote Line errors are preventing this quote from being saved..."

The most common reason for this is one or more of your Quote Lines does not have a price in the "Cost" field. You may have added an Ad-Hoc Line without a Cost, or from Visbuild edited a Kitset for this Quote and given the product lines Quantities of "0".

To Resolve: Expand all your Quote's Sections/Layers and Scroll down the Quote Lines looking for a Line(s) displaying a red error bar to the left, Hover over the red error bar to display the cause of the error, then resolve it.

Can I print off plans that include ALL the Accepted Variations?

At this time no you can’t, Variations are created by Cloning the Accepted Quote, then the last Accepted Variation “the Master of Record”, it then "0's" the Qty’s (so any changes plus or minus create the Variation). If you have created three Variations (Cloned 3 times from the last Accepted) and made changes to each, then Accept one, the other two do not know of the changes to the Accepted one, so Plans are unique to the Quote or to the Variation they are printed from. In this example, future Variations will then Clone & "0" Qty’s from the Accepted Variation.

Why can I not Edit a Plan from Visbuild?

The most common reason for this is that the Plan has been imported as a Vector PDF. Plans are imported as Vector PDF's so Katipolt's Symbol Match feature and be used, and for this, the Vector PDF images must not be edited, so the Edit/Clean Up Tools are not displayed, and the [EDIT IMAGE] button of the Plan is hidden.

To Resolve: Re-import the Plan Image, this time not ticking "Import as vector", and Edit/Clean Up on the Import.
