Why am I getting an error “User not found”?

The most common reasons for this are you are trying to log in using a Login Account that the Username has not been set up for (there 3 Accounts: Katipolt Account, Continue with Google and Continue with Microsoft) OR you have misspelled the email Username.

To Resolve: Check you are using the Login Account the Username was set up for OR create a Katipolt Account (the recommended Account) for the Username (you can use the same Password) OR check the spelling of the email Username you are using.

I can log in, but I have lost some of the Desktop features I normally can access.

The most common reasons for this is another User has changed your Role permissions.

To Resolve: Go to Company Settings and check your current Role, or if you can't, get another User with Company Settings permissions to check your current Role. If it doesn't allow you to access the features you normally can access, change the Role to one that does, or edit the current Role by toggling "On" the features you can normally access.
