Why can’t I add a CoC or ESC? I used to be able to do this.
The most common reason for this is the Person's Practicing Licence Expiry Date has expired.
To Resolve: Go to the Person's Staff Profile page and check if the Practicing Licence Expiry Date has expired, if it has expired, enter their new Practicing Licence Expiry Date.
Why is the Email field of my CoC or ESC's not displaying an email address?
The most common reason for this is there is no email address entered into the Customer's Email field. Because Katipolt has multiple "Primary" areas of a Customer Account, and these can be different People, email addresses are associated with the Contact Person, not the Customer.
To Resolve: Go to the Customer's Overview Page and check if there is an email address entered into the Email field, if there is no email address, enter an email address for the Customer.
Why is my email failing to Send.
The most common reason for this is the email attachment(s) is exceeding the email attachment size limit. (The typical email attachment size limit for most providers is between 10MB and 25MB).
To Resolve: Check the size of your email's attachment(s), and if they are close to, or exceeding 25MB total, reduce the number of attachments, or if there is only one document, try to reduce the size of that document.
