Why can’t I add a CoC or ESC? I used to be able to do this.
The most common reason for this is the Person's Practicing Licence Expiry Date has expired.
To Resolve: Go to the Person's Staff Profile page and check if the Practicing Licence Expiry Date has expired, if it has expired, enter their new Practicing Licence Expiry Date.
Why is the Email field of my CoC or ESC's not displaying an email address?
The most common reason for this is there is no email address entered into the Customer's Email field. Because Katipolt has multiple "Primary" areas of a Customer Account, and these can be different People, email addresses are associated with the Contact Person, not the Customer.
To Resolve: Go to the Customer's Overview Page and check if there is an email address entered into the Email field, if there is no email address, enter an email address for the Customer.
