Why am I getting a "Failed to save Site" error when trying to Save a New, or Edited Customer Location?

The most common reason for this is the Site/Location does not have a "Name" and there is another Site/Location that does not have a "Name".

To Resolve: Give the Site/Location a unique "Name", then [SAVE] again.
