How to use the same email address to log into multiple Katipolt Accounts

Enter the User as a Staff Member to the Katipolt Accounts using the same email address in the Staff Member's Email* field.

โš ๏ธNOTE: As a Multi Katipolt Account User, you can change between the different Katipolt Account's Mobile Apps by default, but you can only change between the different Katipolt Account's Desktops that you have "Access Level Desktop" for.

If you are a Multi Katipolt Account User, the Katipolt Account Name you are currently logged into will display Underlined.

To Change Katipolt Account (Desktop)

1. From the Katipolt Account currently logged into, Press the Profile Dropdown to display the available Katipolt Account options

2. From the available options, Press the desired Katipolt Account to change to that Katipolt Account

3. You will be asked if you want to Change login to that Account, Press [CHANGE LOGIN] to load that Katipolt Account

To Change Katipolt Account (Mobile App)

1. From the Katipolt Account currently logged into, Press the Menu (3 bars) button to display the Katipolt Account Name currently logged into, then Press on the Katipolt Account Name to display the available options

2. From the available options, Press the desired Katipolt Account to display the Change Company popup, then Press [APPLY] to load that Katipolt Account
