Fixed Pricing (Products - Kitsets)

How to Fix Price a Product or Kitset

General/Overview:

Fixed Pricing of Products (Labour and/or Materials) and Kitsets can be accessed at, and: Added, Edited, Deleted or made Inactive from:

  • Fixed Pricing – Company Settings > More/Pricing Top Tab (Displays All Fixed Pricing)

  • Customer - Customer Window > Fixed Price Top Tab (Displays that Customer's Fixed Pricing)

  • Product (Materials) – Product Window > Fixed Price Top Tab

  • Staff Product (Labour) - Staff Product Window > Fixed Price Top Tab

  • Kitset - Kitset > Kitset Window > Fixed Price Top Tab

  • Sales Invoice – Sales Invoice > Labour/Material Line’s “More” 3 dots menu

  • Quote – Quote > Quote Line’s “More” 3 dots menu (Labour/Material Line, Kitset Line)

To Find, View Fixed Pricing

Company Settings > Fixed Prices

From Company Settings, Press on the “More” Top Tab, then Select Option "Pricing" to display the "Fixed Prices" Expandable Section, then Press the Fixed Prices Expandable Section to display any/all Fixed Pricing

💡 TIP: Pricing > Fixed Prices displays a full List of ALL Fixed Pricing, use the Refine Filters to narrow your List down to the “Type/Apply To” Fixed Pricing you want to see/review.

Customer

From the Customer Window, Press the Fixed Prices Top Tab to display the Fixed Prices Expandable Section, then Press the Fixed Prices Expandable Section to display any/all current Fixed Pricing for that Customer

Product/Staff Product

From the Product Window, Press the Pricing Top Tab to display the Fixed Prices Expandable Section, then Press the Fixed Prices Expandable Section to display any/all current Fixed Pricing for that Product

Kitset

From the Kitset Window, Press the Fixed Prices Top Tab to display the Fixed Prices Expandable Section, then Press the Fixed Prices Expandable Section to display any current Fixed Pricing for that Kitset

Sales Invoice

From a Sales Invoice’s Labour/Material Line, Press the “More” 3 dots menu, then Select the option "Fixed pricing" to display the Fixed Pricing Popup for that Labour/Material

💡 TIP: Sales Invoice Product with Fixed Pricing displays the [$] Icon on the Sell Price field.

Quote

From a Quote’s Labour/Material OR Kitset Line, Press the “More” 3 dots menu, then Select the option "Fixed pricing" to display the Fixed Pricing Popup for that Labour/Material OR Kitset

💡 TIP: Quote Labour/Material OR Kitset with Fixed Pricing displays the [$] Icon on the Price field.

To Add a Fixed Price from a Fixed Prices Expandable

1. From the Fixed Prices Expandable, Press [ADD] to display the "Add Product Fixed Price" OR "Add Kitset Fixed Price" Popup.

💡 TIP: If the location supports only Product OR Kitset Fixed Pricing, on [ADD], no option menu displays and on [ADD] the Add Product Fixed Price OR Add Kitset Fixed Price Popup will display.

2. From the "Add Product Fixed Price" Popup, Select a Type*: Invoicing OR Quote, then Select a Product*

OR

2.1 From the "Add Kitset Fixed Price"Popup, Select a Kitset*

3. Select the desired options from: Customer, Job, and/or Price Rule Book, then Press [NEXT] to display the Fixed Pricing Popup

💡 TIP: If no selection is made for: Customer, Job, or Price Rule Book, the pricing entered will be for All Customers, All Jobs, and All Price Rule Books.

4. From the Fixed Pricing Popup, Press the [+] Icon of the required "Apply to" line to display the Sell Price entry field, then Enter a Sell Price, and Press [SAVE]

To Add a Fixed Price from a Quote

To Edit a Fixed Price from a Fixed Prices Expandable

⚠️ NOTE: Changing the Sell Price at an Expandable updates the Fixed Price, however it does NOT update the Original Cost Price. I.E. any orange bar displaying on a Product/Kitset Line indicating the Cost Price has increased will continue to display. If you want to clear the orange bar, the Product/Kitset needs to be re-added, if the re-added Fixed Price has the same attributes as the original Fixed Price, it will overwrite and replace the current Fixed Price.

From the Fixed Prices Expandable List View, Press into the Sell Price(s) to be Edited and Enter the new Sell Price(s), then Press [SAVE] of the Fixed Prices Expandable to Save

To Delete a Fixed Price from a Fixed Prices Expandable

From the Fixed Prices Expandable List View, Press on the Tick Box of the Line(s) to Select, then Press [DELETE (X)] of the Fixed Prices Expandable to Delete (the [DELETE (X)] button will display on Selection of a Line)

To make Inactive a Fixed Price from a Fixed Prices Expandable

From the Fixed Prices Expandable List View, Press on the Active column Tick Box of the Line(s) to Untick, then Press [SAVE] of the Fixed Prices Expandable to make the Fixed Prices In-Active

💡 TIP: To make the Fixed Prices Active again, Repeat the steps above, Pressing on the Active column Tick Box of the Line(s) to Tick.
