An example of using Kitset Quantities is Underground Services containing the Labour and Products for 1 meter of service main, so the Kitset is then given a quantity for the meters of service main required for the Quote.

To give a Kitset a Quantity

⚠️ NOTE: Before a Kitset can be given a Quantity, it must have been ticked “Allow Quantity” by NZTG.

⚠️ NOTE: Giving a Kitset a Quantity converts the Kitset to a Quote Line (List of Products "for this Quote only").

Quick Flow:

  • Kitset Icon > Double Press

  • Kitset Detail Popup

  • [EDIT FOR QUOTE]

  • Quote Line Popup

  • Quantity*

  • [SAVE]

1. Double Press on the Kitset Icon to display the Kitset Detail Popup, then Press [EDIT FOR QUOTE]

2. You will be asked “Do you want to proceed”, Press [EDIT FOR QUOTE] to convert and display the Quote Line Popup

3. From the Quote Line Popup, Enter a Quantity

4. Press [SAVE] to save the Quote Line

💡 TIP: The Kitset (now a Quote Line), on the Plan side, will continue to display on the Icon, plus a grey oval with the entered quantity

and on the Quote side, will cease to display the Kitset Icon, instead displaying a Blue line to indicate it is a Kitset that has been converted to Quote Line, with a non-editable Qty field.

To give a Quote Line a Quantity

⚠️ NOTE: This refers to a User-added Quote Line that is NOT a converted Kitset.

Quick Flow:

  • Quote Line Icon > Double Press

  • Quote Line Popup

  • Quantity*

  • [SAVE]

1. Double Press on the Quote Line Icon to display the Quote Line Popup

2. From the Quote Line Popup, Enter a Quantity

3. Press [SAVE] to save the Quote Line

💡 TIP: The Quote Line, on the Plan side, will display the normal Red border and a grey oval with the entered quantity

and on the Quote side, will display as a normal Quote Line with a non-editable Qty field.
