How to import Supplier Contract Pricing for your Quote

Product Pricing of a Quote can use Contract Quotation Pricing by importing a Contract Quotation Pricing File that contains the Contract Quotation Pricing

The Product Pricing of Contract Quotation Pricing imported into a Quote is referred to as "Price Exceptions"

Products of a Quote will follow the imported Contract Quotation Price Exceptions when calculating the Quote’s Sell Price

⚠️ NOTE: The Supplier Contract Quotation Price File must be formatted to follow Katipolt’s format for the product price file .csv's.  The Supplier Contract Quotation Price File .csv must have as a minimum the following column headers; "Product Code", "Product Description" and "Cost Price" with an entry in each column of each line used.

💡 TIP: Column Headers must be entered correctly including capital lettering.

To import a Supplier Contract Quotation Price File into a Quote "this Quote only"

Importing a Supplier Contract Quotation Price File into a Quote for "this Quote only" is done from the Quote Page.

Quick Flow:

  • Quote Page

  • More” (3 dots) menu

  • [Import price file]

  • Supplier*

  • [Select a file]

  • [IMPORT]

   1.  From the Quote Page

  • Press the “More” (3 dots) menu

  • Select [Import price file] to display the Import Price File: Job XXXX popup

 

 

2.  From the Import Price File: Job XXXX popup;

  • Enter a Supplier*

  • Press the [Select a file] button

  • Navigate to where the file is saved, doubling pressing to up-load

  • Press the [IMPORT] button to import

💡 TIP: Press [DOWNLOAD TEMPLATE] of the Import Price File: Job XXX Popup to export a .csv file with the column headers.

To view Product Price Exceptions imported into a Quote

1. From the Quote Page;

  • Press the “More” (3 dots) menu

  • Select [View Price Exceptions] to display the Import Price File: Job XXXX popup
