Files can be any type of File from a Word Document to a Photo.
Files uploaded to Company Setting's also display as “Available Attachments” to attach to “All” Emails. These Files can be ticked to auto "Attach to" an Email sent from the Preview of a Quote or Invoice.
Files flow downstream, so Files uploaded at any level can be seen and are available at a downstream level when emailing, I.E. Company Settings, to Customer/Supplier, to a Job, to a Quote, or an Invoice.
To Upload a File at Company Settings
Quick Flow:

Files Top Tab
Drag & Drop OR [+ADD] > [CHOOSE FILE]

1. From the Side Menu, Press Company Settings
2. From Company Settings, Press the Files Top Tab to display the Company Files List
3. From Company Files List, Either Drag & Drop the File into the Files list to launch the New File Popup OR Press [+ADD] to launch the New File Popup and Press [CHOOSE FILE] to navigate to the file, double-clicking/pressing the file to upload, then;
Give the file a Name*
Give the file a Description (Optional)
5. Select a "Control" for the document by ticking an option (optional)
Site File - Available to view at Katipolt Mobile App
Attach to Invoices - Auto attaches to Invoices emails
Attach to Quotes - Auto attaches to Quote emails
None Selected - Available to Manually attach to emails
4. When finished [SAVE]
To Delete a File
Deleting a File is done from the Files Top Tab's Files List
1. Press on a File to display the File side preview panel, then Press [EDIT] to display the File Edit Popup
2. From the File Edit Popup, Press the "More" (3 dots) menu, then Select the option "Delete"
To Upload a File to a Customer/Supplier, Job, Quote, or Invoice
From the Customer/Supplier, Job, Quote, or Invoice's Files Top Tab, Follow the above instructions:
Customer/Supplier Uploaded Files
Files uploaded to the Files of a Customer/Supplier also display as “Available Attachments” to attach to All Emails of “that Customer/Supplier”.
Jobs Uploaded Files
Files uploaded to the Files of a Job also display as “Available Attachments” to attach to All Emails of “that Job”.
⚠️ NOTE: Files uploaded at Katipolt Mobile display in the Files Top Tab of the Job they were uploaded to, and become “Available Attachments” to attach to All Emails of “that Job”.
⚠️ NOTE: If Files Uploaded from Katipolt Mobile App are ticked “Site File”, they are available to other Katipolt Mobile App Users to view as “Files” when they open a Booking for that Job.
Quote Uploaded Files
Files uploaded to Files of a Quote are also displayed as “Available Attachments” to attach to All Emails of “that Quote”.
Invoice Uploaded Files
Files uploaded to Files of a Sales Invoice also display as “Available Attachments” to attach to All Emails of “that Invoice”.
Certificates
On [Save & Lock] Certificates display in the Certificates Expandable Section of the Job's Correspondence Top Tab and also display as “Available Attachments” to attach to All Emails of “that Job”.
To Attach a File to an Email
1. From the EMAIL popup, Press [ATTACHMENTS] then Select “Browse existing files” to launch the Available Attachments popup
2. From the Available Attachments popup, Tick the left tickbox of the required attachment(s) to Select, then Press [ADD XX FILES] to select and return to the Email popup
