This Help Article deals with Adding, Editing or Deleting Product Fixed Pricing from a Sales Invoice.

To Add, Edit, or Delete a Product Fixed Pricing (from a Sales Invoice)
Quick Flow:
Sales Invoice
Product Line
“More” (3 dots) menu > "Fixed pricing" Option
“Apply to” line > [+] button
Sell Price > Enter > [SAVE]
[YES]
To Add;
1. From the selected Sales Invoice, Enter a Product Line for the Product, then Press the Actions “More” (3 dots) menu and Select the option "Fixed pricing" to display the "Fixed Pricing" popup
2. From the Fixed Pricing popup’s "Fixed Sell pricing" Section, on the “Apply to” line you want the Fixed Pricing to apply to, Press the Actions “+” button to display the Sell price field
3. From the Sell price field, Enter a Sell Price, then Press [SAVE], then [YES] to save
⚠️ NOTE: Following the [SAVE] the Product Line will display the Fixed Pricing Icon. If you want to overwrite the Fixed Pricing, just enter a new price into the Sell Price field OR Press on the Fixed Price "$" Icon to toggle between Fixed Pricing and Price Rule calculated Sell Price.
⚠️ NOTE: If the criteria are met - If there are multiple values in the “Sell Price” column, the uppermost “Sell Price” will be the over-ridding “Sell Price” for the Product Line, I.E. $50 will over-ride $60, $60 will over-ride $70 etc.
💡 TIP: Should the Product Cost Price increase since the setting of the Fixed Price, the Product Line will display a left red warning, hovering over it will display a banner advising of the Cost Price change.
To Edit;
1. From the selected Sales Invoice, Enter a Product Line for the Product, then Press the Actions “More” (3 dots) menu and Select the option "Fixed pricing" to display the "Fixed Price" popup
2. From the Fixed Pricing popup’s "Sell Price field", Edit the Sell Price, then Press [SAVE], then [YES] to save
To Delete;
1. From the selected Sales Invoice, Enter a Product Line for the Product, then Press the Actions “More” (3 dots) menu and Select the option "Fixed pricing" to display the "Fixed Price" popup
2. From the Fixed Pricing popup’s "Apply to" Line, Press the "Bin" Icon to delete the Product Fixed Pricing, then Press [SAVE], then [YES] to save
