⚠️ NOTE: Product Fixed Pricing for a Product can be viewed as a list at;

the Product Page's Fixed Prices Top Tab,
for a Contact, at the Contact Page’s Fixed Prices Top Tab or
for a Job, at the Job Page’s Fixed Prices Top Tab
for a Price Rule, at the bottom of the Price Rule Page in the Fixed Prices expandable section

⚠️ NOTE: Kitset Fixed Pricing for a Kitset can be viewed as a list at;

the Kitset Page's Fixed Prices Top Tab,
for a Contact, at the Contact Page’s Fixed Prices Top Tab or
for a Job, at the Job Page’s Fixed Prices Top Tab
for a Price Rule, at the bottom of the Price Rule Page in the Fixed Prices expandable section

To Add, Edit or Delete Product/Kitset Fixed Pricing (from a Quote)

⚠️ NOTE: If Adding or Editing the Product/Kitset Fixed Pricing for a specific Contact, Job or Price Rule then the selected Contact, Job or Price Rule must be selected at the Quote.

Quick Flow:

Quote

“More” (3 dots) menu

“Apply to” line > “+” button
Sell price > Enter > [SAVE]
[YES]

To Add;

1. From the selected Quote, Enter a Product Line or Kitset Line for the Product or Kitset, then Press the “More” (3 dots) menu and Select the Fixed pricing option to display the "Fixed Price" popup

⚠️ NOTE: Kitset Fixed Pricing is Brand specific, so if a Kitset uses Brands, make sure you have the wanted Brand for the Kitset Selected when setting the Fixed Pricing.

2. From the Fixed Pricing popup’s Fixed Sell pricing Section, on the “Apply to” line you want the Fixed Pricing to apply to, Press the “+” button to display the Sell price field

3. From the Sell price field, Enter a Sell Price, then Press [SAVE], then [YES] to save

⚠️ NOTE: Following the [SAVE] the Product/Kitset Line will display the Fixed Pricing Icon. If you want to overwrite the Fixed Pricing, just enter a new price into the Sell Price field OR Press on the Fixed Price "$" Icon to toggle between Fixed Pricing and calculated Sell Price.

⚠️ NOTE: If the criteria are met - If there are multiple values in the “Sell Price” column, the uppermost “Sell Price” will be the over-ridding “Sell Price” for the Quote Line, I.E. $50 will over-ride $60, $60 will over-ride $70, etc.

To Edit;

2. From the Fixed Pricing popup’s Sell Price field, Edit the Sell Price, then Press [SAVE], then [YES] to save

To Delete;

1. From the selected Quote, Enter a Product Line or Kitset Line for the Product or Kitset, then Press the Actions “More” (3 dots) menu and Select the Fixed pricing option to display the "Fixed Price" popup

2. From the Fixed Pricing popup’s Apply to Line, Press the "Bin" Icon to delete the Product/Kitset Fixed Pricing, then Press [SAVE], then [YES] to save

To Edit OR Delete a Product Fixed Pricing (from the Product Page)

Editing OR Deleting a Product Fixed Pricing is done from the Product Page’s Prices Top Tab > Fixed Prices Expandable

Quick Flow:

PRODUCT Page

Sell Price > Enter > [SAVE]
OR
Select > [DELETE]

1. From the PRODUCT Page, Press the Prices Top Tab > Fixed Prices Expandable to display the Product Fixed Pricing List

To Edit;

From the Product Fixed Pricing List, on the Fixed Prices Line(s) you want to edit, Enter a new Sell Price into the Sell Price field, then Press [SAVE] to save

💡 TIP: The Product Fixed Pricing List displays the “Brand”, “Original Cost Price” and “Original Margin” from when the Fixed Pricing was set.

To Delete;

From the Product Fixed Pricing List, Select by ticking (in the left tick box column) the Fixed Prices Line(s) you want to delete, then Press [DELETE] to delete

💡 TIP: If you want to suspend Product Fixed Pricing to a Customer rather than deleting it, you can Untick/Tick the right tick box column making the Fixed Pricing Inactive/Active.

To Edit OR Delete a Kitset Fixed Pricing (from the Kitset Page)

Editing OR Deleting a Kitset Fixed Pricing is done from the Kitset Page’s Fixed Prices Top Tab.

Quick Flow:

KITSET Page
Fixed Prices Top Tab
Sell Price > Enter > [SAVE]
OR
Select > [DELETE]

1. From the KITSET Page, Press on the Fixed Prices Top Tab to display the KITSET Fixed Pricing List

To Edit;

From the Kitset Fixed Pricing List, on the Fixed Prices Line(s) you want to edit, Enter a new Sell Price into the Sell Price field, then Press [SAVE] to save

💡 TIP: The Kitset Fixed Pricing List displays the “Brand”, “Original Cost Price” and “Original Margin” from when the Fixed Pricing was set.

To Delete;

From the Kitset Fixed Pricing List, Select by ticking (in the left tick box column) the Fixed Prices Line(s) you want to delete, then Press [DELETE] to delete
