To Add, Edit, or Delete Product/Kitset Fixed Pricing (from a Quote)
Quick Flow:
Quote Window
Product/Kitset Line
“More” (3 dots) menu > "Fixed Pricing" Option
“Apply to” line > “+” button
Sell price > Enter > [SAVE]
[YES]
To Add;
1. From the Quote Window, Enter a Product Line or Kitset Line for the Product or Kitset, then Press the “More” (3 dots) menu and Select the option "Fixed pricing" to display the "Fixed Price" popup
⚠️ NOTE: Kitset Fixed Pricing is Brand specific, so if a Kitset uses Brands, make sure you have the wanted Brand for the Kitset Selected when setting the Fixed Pricing.
2. From the Fixed Pricing popup’s "Fixed Sell pricing" Section, on the “Apply to” line you want the Fixed Pricing to apply to, Press the “+” button to display the Sell price field
3. From the Sell price field, Enter a Sell Price, then Press [SAVE], then [YES] to save
⚠️ NOTE: Following the [SAVE] the Product/Kitset Line will display the Fixed Pricing Icon. If you want to overwrite the Fixed Pricing, just enter a new price into the Sell Price field OR Press on the Fixed Price "$" Icon to toggle between Fixed Pricing and calculated Sell Price.
⚠️ NOTE: If the criteria are met - If there are multiple values in the “Sell Price” column, the uppermost “Sell Price” will be the overridding “Sell Price” for the Quote Line, I.E. $50 will over-ride $60, $60 will over-ride $70, etc.
To Edit;
1. From the Quote Window, Enter a Product Line or Kitset Line for the Product or Kitset, then Press the “More” (3 dots) menu and Select the option "Fixed pricing" to display the "Fixed Price" popup
2. From the Fixed Pricing popup’s Sell Price field, Edit the Sell Price, then Press [SAVE], then [YES] to save
To Delete;
1. From the Quote Window, Enter a Product Line or Kitset Line for the Product or Kitset, then Press the Actions “More” (3 dots) menu and Select the option "Fixed pricing" to display the "Fixed Price" popup
2. From the Fixed Pricing popup’s Apply to Line, Press the "Bin" Icon to delete the Product/Kitset Fixed Pricing, then Press [SAVE], then [YES] to save
