How to see on your Dashboard Quotes that are Unsent, Overdue or need Follow-Up

This Help Article covers;

The Katipolt Dashboard Window will display the number of Quotes that are “To Send”, how many of those are “Overdue” sending, and how many need “Follow Up”

The Quote's Default "Quote Days To Send" and "Quote Days Follow Up" are set at Company Settings. These can be overridden at the Quote when adding a Quote or sending a Quote.

Setting the Defaults for “Quote Days To Send” and “Quote Days Follow Up”

From Company Settings > Defaults Top Tab> Quotes Expandable, Enter the days in the “Quote Days To Send” and “Quote Days Follow Up” fields

To view Quotes that need “Sending” or “Follow-Ups”

From your Katipolt Dashboard Window, Click on the Chart's “tower” or a Tile to display a filtered list of Quotes that are “To Send”, including “Overdue” sending or that need “Follow Up”

To display in “Unsent” and “Overdue” tower

From the Quote Window, Check/Edit the “Date To Send*” field

To display in “Follow Up” tower when emailing

When emailing, when [SEND] is Pressed, the Follow-Up Date Popup displays, Check/Edit the Date to Follow Up* then Press [CONFIRM] to return to the Quote Overview Window

To display in “Follow Up” tower when printing & hand delivering or downloading

When Printing or Downloading, from the Quote Overview Window's "More" (3 dots) menu, Select the option “Mark as sent” to display the Follow-Up Date Popup, Check/Edit the Date to Follow Up* to follow up then Press [CONFIRM] to return to the Quote Overview Window

Following a Follow Up if you need to Follow Up again

From the Quote Overview Window, Enter a new “Date to Follow Up” Date

💡 TIP: Following an “Accept”, “Decline” or “Cancel” of a Quote, the Quote will remove from the Dashboard's “To Send”, “Overdue” or “Follow-Up” tower display
