General/Overview:
The Default Quote Settings is where you enter the default days that auto populate to a Quotes:
Date to Send - Calculates the Date from when the Quote was created (you can manually edit the calculated Date),
Date to Follow Up - Calculates the Date from when the Quote was sent
Valid for Days - Calculates the Date from when the Quote was sent
Katipolt uses the Quote's "Date to Send" and "Date to Follow Up" fields to determine which and when Quotes display on the Katipolt Dashboard Window as requiring action.
Katipolt uses the Quote's "Valid for Days" to determine when a Digital Quote ceases displaying in the Quote Portal to a Customer.
The Default Quote Settings is where you select the Document Presets and Email Templates that are used when Previewing and Sending Quotes, Estimates, and Variations.
To Enter Defaults or Edit Quote Settings at Company Settings

Preset(s) / Email Template(s) > Select
[SAVE]
1. From the Side Menu, Press Company Settings, then Press the Defaults Top Tab to display the Quotes Expandable Section
2. From the Quotes Expandable Section, Enter:
Quote Days To Send,
Quote Days To Follow Up
Quote Valid for Days
3. From the Quotes Expandable Section, Select:
Quote / Quote Contributor / Variation / Estimate Preset
Quote / Quote Contributor / Variation / Estimate Email Template
π‘ TIP: A different Document "Preset" and/or "Email Template" can be selected at the time of Previewing or sending the Quote, Estimate or Variation.
4. When finished, Press [SAVE]
To Set the Quotes Document Presets/Email Templates at Customer
From the Customer Window, Press the Settings Top Tab to display the Quotes Expandable Section.
From the Quotes Expandable Section, Follow Instruction Step 3 above, when finished, Press [SAVE].
