How to enter the Companies Default Normal Working Hours and edit for the individual Staff Member

This Help Article covers:

"Staff Normal Working Hours - Company Defaults" Expandable of the Staff Top Tab populates as the Default Normal Working Hours to the Staff Member's profile page's Normal Working Hours Top Tab. These can be edited on the Staff Member's Profile page for the individual Staff Member.

Entries are used to display Staff available hours on the Scheduler, populate the time picker of Timesheets, and calculate Leave hours when Leave is requested.

To Enter Staff Normal Working Hours - Company Defaults

Quick Flow:

  • Company Settings Side Menu

  • Staff Top Tab

  • Staff Normal Working Hours - Company Default Expandable Section

  • Normal Working Hours

  • Regional Holiday Observed

  • [SAVE]

1. Fron the Side Menu, Press Company Settings

2. From Company Settings, Press the Staff Top Tab to display the Staff Normal Working Hours - Company Default Expandable Section

3. From the Staff Normal Working Hours - Company Default Expandable Section, for each worked day, Enter the Normal Working Hours including the Normal Break time;

  • Enter a "Start" time

  • Enter a "Finish" time

  • Enter any "Break" as minutes

4. Select the Regional Holiday Observed for your region from the Drop-Down

5. When finished [SAVE]

To Enter an individual Staff Member's Normal Working Hours

From a Staff Member's profile page's Normal Working Hours Top Tab follow steps 3 to 5 above.
