Staff Normal Working Hour Entries are used to:
Display a Staff Member's available hours on the Scheduler, and
Calculate Leave hours for the day when Leave is requested
The "Staff Normal Working Hours - Company Defaults" entries populate as the default "Normal Working Hours" to the Staff Member's Profile, where they can be edited for the individual Staff Member.
To Enter Staff Normal Working Hours - Company Defaults

[SAVE]
1. From the Side Menu, Press Company Settings, then Press the Staff Top Tab to display the Staff Normal Working Hours - Company Defaults Expandable Section
2. From the Staff Normal Working Hours - Company Defaults Expandable Section, for the Normal Working Hours worked each working day, Enter:
A "Start" time
A "Finish" time
Any "Break (mins)" time (as minutes)
3. Select the Regional Holiday Observed for your region from the Drop-Down
4. When finished [SAVE]
To Edit a Staff Member's Normal Working Hours
From a Staff Member's Profile Window's Normal Working Hours Top Tab, follow steps 2, 3, and 4 above.
