Staff Normal Working Hours (Enter Default - Edit)

How to enter the Companies Default Normal Working Hours and Edit for the individual Staff Member

Staff Normal Working Hour Entries are used to:

  • Display a Staff Member's available hours on the Scheduler, and

  • Calculate Leave hours for the day when Leave is requested

The Entries of the "Staff Normal Working Hours - Company Defaults" populate as the default "Normal Working Hours" of the Staff Member's Profile, where they can be edited for the individual Staff Member.

To Enter Staff Normal Working Hours - Company Defaults

Quick Flow:

  • Company Settings Side Menu

  • Staff Top Tab

  • Staff Normal Working Hours - Company Defaults Expandable Section

  • Normal Working Hours

  • Regional Holiday Observed

  • [SAVE]

1. From the Side Menu, Press Company Settings, then Press the Staff Top Tab to display the Staff Normal Working Hours - Company Defaults Expandable Section

2. From the Staff Normal Working Hours - Company Defaults Expandable Section, for the Normal Working Hours worked each working day, Enter:

  • A "Start" time

  • A "Finish" time

  • Any "Break (mins)" time (as minutes)

3. Select the Regional Holiday Observed for your region from the Drop-Down

4. When finished [SAVE]

To Edit a Staff Member's Normal Working Hours

From a Staff Member's Profile Window's Normal Working Hours Top Tab, follow steps 2, 3, and 4 above.
