This Help Article covers;
⚠️ NOTE: It is recommended to set up the structure of the Sections/Plans from the Visbuild Window before attaching the Single Plan Image.
⚠️ NOTE: A Section has 1 Price only, so multiple Plans added to a Section roll up as 1 Price. If you want to display a Price for each Plan, you will need to Add a Section for each Plan.
I.E. If you have a House with a Granny Flat and want to display as:
1 Price - Use 1 Section and put both Single Plan Images on that Section
2 Prices - Use 2 Sections and put House on one and Granny Flat on the other
⚠️ NOTE: Single Plan Images PDF's, JPG's, PNG's, BMP's or GIF's can be Uploaded by Dragging & Dropping them into the Visbuild Window OR navigating from an up-load Icon.
To Add a Single Plan Image
1. From the Visbuild Window, Press the Section/Plan Selector’s Expand More Options Icon, then Press on the “Pencil” of the default Section to display the Edit Section popup
2. From the Edit Section popup, give the "Section:" a Name and/or "Plans:" a Name as required
💡 Tip: A Single Plan Image can be uploaded by pressing on the "Pin clip" Icon of the Plan Line and navigating to the location where it has been saved.
3. When finished, Press [DONE]
4. To Upload a Single Plan Image, Drag & Drop the Single Plan Image into the Visbuild Window to display the Add Plan Images Window
5. From the Add Plan Images Window, Edit Plan as required using the Edit/Clean Tools (Bottom Right) (Crop/Box/Pen), then when finished, Press [DONE] to return to the Visbuild Window with the Plan loaded
⚠️ NOTE: Having loaded a Plan and returned to the Visbuild Window, [SAVE] the Plan up-load. (If for some reason the plan is not "fit" to upload, the [SAVE] will fail).
💡 TIP: Should you upload the wrong Plan to the wrong Section/Plan (OR the Plan is changed), Drag & Drop the correct Plan into the Window over the top of the wrong Plan to correct and repeat steps 4 and 5. You may need to move any added Kitset Icons to suit the new Plan scaling
To Add another Single Plan Image to a Section
1. From the Edit Section popup, Press [+ADD PLAN], then give the "Plans:" a Name, then repeat for any additional Single Plan Image you need to Upload to that Section
2. When finished, Press [DONE] to return to the Visbuild Window
3. To Upload Single Plan Images, from the Visbuild Window, Press on the Section/Plan Selector's Expand More Options Icon, to display the options, then Press on an option to Select, then Drag & Drop the Single Plan Image into that Window
To Add more Sections
1. From the Visbuild Window, Press the Section/Plan Selector’s Expand More Options Icon and select the option “Add new Section/plan” to display the Add Section popup
2. Give the "Section:" a Name and/or "Plans:" a Name as required
3. Add more Plans as required
4. When finished, Press [DONE] to return to the Visbuild Window
💡 TIP: If you want to associate a Single Plan Image with 2 Visbuild Plans, Press the “More” (3 dots) menu on the Single Plan Image, then Select Duplicate to create a second Single Plan Image.
💡 TIP: If you forget to add a Section and/or Plan, from the Add Plan Image Window's "Plans" dropdown (Top Right), Key in the “Plan” Name, then Press “Add” to launch the New Sections/Plans popup where you can Select a Section to add the Plan to or add a new Section to add the Plan.
