This Help Article covers;
The Scheduling Calendar is used to create Bookings that are visible to Staff Members using the Katipolt Mobile App.
⚠️ NOTE: The Scheduling Calendar refreshes every 1 minute, so any Job editing displaying may not be immediate.
To Access the Scheduling Calendar
From the Side Menu, Press the Scheduling Side Tab to view the Scheduling Calendar
💡 TIP: Right-clicking on the Side Menu's Scheduling Side Tab gives the option to "Open link in new tab" so you can view the Schedular Calendar without navigating away from the Page you are on.
Scheduling Calendar Overview
A - Job Pool
B - Staff Member Pool
C - Staff Member "Lanes"

Job Pool
The Job Pool displays Jobs that are status "In Progress"
The Job Pool can be filtered to display; "All", "Charge Up" and "Quoted" Jobs, Press on the Job Pool Dropdown pick list to display the options
💡 TIP: Unticking "Include Booked" will display a list of unbooked Jobs.
Job/Booking Icons;
Toolbox – Charge Up Job, No Booking - lands on the calendar as a 2-hour booking
Pen & Paper – Quoted Job, No Booking - lands on the calendar as an 8-hour booking
Transparent Tick – Booked with today and/or past bookings
Green Tick – Booked with future bookings
High Priority Jobs;
Jobs with a Red Left Side Bar are Jobs that have been ticked in the Job's Overview Window as “High Priority”
View All Bookings;
Press on the Job, to display the [VIEW ALL BOOKINGS] button, then Press the [VIEW ALL BOOKINGS] button to view the Booking(s). Press on the Job to return to the Calendar view
💡 TIP: Pressing on a Job also greys the Calendar view, leaving only the Bookings of that Job un-greyed to make them easier to find. Press on the Job a second time to un-grey the Calendar view.
💡 TIP: The Jobs in the Job Pool display a limited amount of information, hover over the Job's text to display a "Tooltip" and the full text.
⚠️ NOTE: To remove a Job from the Job Pool, change the Job's status to "Completed".
Staff Member Pool
For a Staff Member to display on the Scheduling Calendar the “Visible on Scheduling calendar” field of their Staff Profile Page must be ticked. Un-ticking removes a Staff Member from displaying on the Scheduling Calendar.
Staff Member Stacking Order;
Staff Members can be moved up and down the display order (I.E. to create “Teams”), hover over the Staff Members Profile Image to display the "Grab Indicator" (6 dots), Press & Hold, then Drag & Drop to the position you want them to display
Assign Staff a Default Booking Colour;
Hove over a Staff Member, then Press on the “More” (3 dots) menu and Press on the option “Assign Colour” to launch the colour selector, then select a colour
Group Staff Members into Teams;
Hover over a Staff Member, then Press on the “More” button (3 dots), then Press on the option "Group name" field and enter a team name. Following this, clicking in the field gives you the choice to select a team to move the Staff Member to OR key in a "new team" name
Staff Member "Lanes"
Staff Member Lanes display white for Normal Working Hours and shaded for Non-Normal Working Hours for a Staff Member, to set these go to the Staff Members Profile Page and from the Normal Working Hours Top Tab, key in the Staff Member's Normal Work Hours
Buttons/Selectors
Today – Returns User to Today’s view
< > - Toggle back and forward in the selected view (Day, Week, Month or List)
Calendar Picker – Quick navigation to a Day (NOTE: If a Public Holiday, this will also display)
[+ADD BOOKING] – Used to add bookings
Domino Icon - Change view from horizontal to vertical
View Selector – Day/Week/Month/List selector
Full-Screen Icon – Launches Full-Screen view

To View the Scheduling Calendar from a Job Page
The Scheduling Calendar can be viewed from a Job Page. This view displays the Labour Bookings for the Job it is viewed from. From this view, Labour Bookings can be added OR edited for that Job only.
⚠️ NOTE: Other Jobs' Labour Bookings display, however, they are greyed and only displayed for information purposes.
Press on the Job Page's More Top Tab to display the Scheduling option, then Press Scheduling to view the Schedule for that Job
