⚠️ NOTE: Create Job or Create Customer can be Enabled/Disabled for selected staff.

To Enable/Disable a Staff Member to Create a Job

Company Settings > Staff Top Tab > Roles Expandable Section > Select a Role that displays “Add Jobs” > Open then select the person from the “Assigned To” dropdown to add

To Create a Job

From Katipolt Mobile App’s Job Window, Press the red Add button, then enter the Job details and [Save]

⚠️ NOTE: If the Customer does not display in the Customer dropdown and the User is enabled, the User can create a Customer.

To Enable/Disable a Staff Member to Create a Customer

Company Settings > Staff Top Tab > Roles Expandable Section > Select a Role that displays “Add Customer” > Open then select the person from the “Assigned To” dropdown to add

⚠️ NOTE: As Customers are added to allow adding a Job, toggling "Add Customer" also toggles "Add Job" "On", giving the User the ability to add a Job from the Katipolt Mobile App.

To Create a Customer

From the New Job Window, Tap the Customer* field to display the Customer Window, then Tap "Add new customer" to display the New Customer Window, then enter the Customer's details and [Save]
