This Help Article covers;

⚠️ NOTE: It is recommended that you are familiar/proficient with Single Plan Image Uploading before attempting this.

⚠️ NOTE: Multi Plan Image PDF's only are Uploaded by Dragging & Dropping them into the Visbuild Window.

💡 TIP: It is recommended to set up the structure of the Sections/Plans from the Visbuild Window before attaching the Multi Plan Image PDF.

1. From the Visbuild Window, Press the Section/Plan Selector’s Expand More Options Icon, then Press on the “Pencil” of the default Section to display the Edit Section popup

⚠️ Note: To add further Sections, Press on the "Add new section/plan" option

2. From the Edit Section popup, give the "Section:" a Name and/or "Plans:" a Name as required

3. Add more Plan "Names" as required, when finished Press [DONE] to return to the Visbuild Window (see Help Article "Visbuild - Single Plan Images Upload")

4. Add more Sections and Plan "Names" as required, when finished Press [DONE] to return to the Visbuild Window (see Help Article "Visbuild - Single Plan Images Upload")

5. From the Visbuild Window, Select the first Section/Plan and Drag & Drop the Multi Plans Image PDF into the Visbuild Window to launch the Add Plan Image Window

6. From the Add Plan Image Window's "Plans" dropdown (Top Right), Press the [X} to clear the default to the first PDF page and display the "No plans selected" text

7. Select a PDF Page from the Right side of the Add Plan Images Window

8. Edit the PDF Page as required using the Edit/Clean Up Tools (Bottom Right) (Crop/Box/Pen)

9. Press the "Plans" Expand More Options Icon, to display the options, (Top Right), then Press on a Visbuild Plan Name to associate the selected PDF Page to that Visbuild Plan

10. Repeat steps 7, 8, and 9 until required PDF Pages are associated with a Visbuild Plan

11. When finished, Press [DONE]

⚠️ NOTE: Having loaded the Plans and returned to the Visbuild Window, [SAVE] the Plans up-load. (If for some reason the plana are not "fit" to upload, the [SAVE] will fail).

💡 TIP: Should you upload the wrong Plan to the wrong Section/Plan (OR the plan is changed), you will need to Drag & Drop the Multi Plan Image PDF into the Visbuild Window again, then Select the correct Page the associate it to the correct Plan. The Plan dropdown will display "Has existing image", ignore this as this will be the Plan you are correcting.

💡 TIP: If you have 1 PDF Page you want to associate with 2 Visbuild Plans, Press the “More” (3 dots) menu on the PDF Page, then Select Duplicate to create a second PDF Page.

💡 TIP: If you forget to add a Section and/or Plan, from the Add Plan Image Window's "Plans" dropdown (Top Right), Key in the “Plan” Name, then Press “Add” to launch the New Sections/Plans popup where you can Select a Section to add the Plan to or add a new Section to add the Plan.
