This Help Article covers;

For a User to be able to Add a Certificate of Compliance (CoC) and/or Electrical Safety Certificate (ESC) they need to be enabled on the Katipolt (Desktop) side. To do this they need to be a User Type "Electrician" or "Inspector" and have a Practicing Licence Number and current Practicing Licence Expiry Date entered.

Company Settings > Staff > Staff Profile, Select "User Type", then Enter "Practicing Licence Number" and "Practicing Licence Expiry Date" (Don’t forget to upload a “Signature Image” in the More details section to display on the Certificate)

1. From the Job, Tap “Forms” to display the Forms Screen, Then Tap the Red [+] Plus button

2. If you have "Forms" permissions, Tap “Add Certificate of Compliance”, then Select “COC” and/or “ESC”, then Tap [DONE]

⚠️ NOTE: The “Add Certificate of Compliance” only displays to Users who have a valid Practicing Licence Number and Expiry Date set up in Katipolt Desktop, although others can see CoCs or ESCs, they can’t edit.

3. From the Certificate Screen, Expand each Section working through Editing/Entering the CoC or ESC Details.

4. When finished, Tap [SAVE] to display the CoC/ESC Actions Card, then either:

⚠️ NOTE: The CoC/ESC belongs to the Certifying Staff Member and can only be Locked or Unlocked by that person.

⚠️ NOTE: On Save & Lock, the Certifying Staff Member's Signature will populate to the CoC/ESC which then displays on the Preview.

1. From the Certificate Screen, Tap the Attachment "Pinclip" to launch the Attachments Action Card, then Tap [Add Attachment] to display the Add File Action Card

2. From the Add File Action Card, Tap either:
