Katipolt Users can use any of 3 methods of authentication when logging in:

This Help Article deals with creating a Google OR Microsoft Account to use for authentication

⚠️ NOTE: The Username is the email address entered for the User on their Staff Profile in Katipolt Desktop.

This Help Article assumes you have been entered in as a Staff Member. For more information on Adding Staff see the Help Article: "Staff (Add - Edit)"

Go to the Play Store/App Store from your mobile device and search for "Katipolt Mobile", then download to install the Katipolt Mobile App.

⚠️ NOTE: If you already use the Katipolt Desktop from your web browser, there is no need to add an Account, you can use your existing Google or Microsoft Katipolt Desktop Username and Password to log in to the Katipolt Mobile App.

The Katipolt Mobile App can use a Google Account or Microsoft Account to authorise log in.

⚠️ NOTE: The Google or Microsoft Account's email Username MUST MATCH the email address entered in the Staff Profile of the Staff Member in Katipolt Desktop.

1. From the open Katipolt Mobile App, Press Continue to sign in, then Press Continue, then Press Continue with Google to display the Sign in Screen

2. From the Sign in Screen, Scroll down to display, and then Press Create account, then follow the Google prompts to create a Google Account for your Email Username

1. From the open Katipolt Mobile App, Press Continue to sign in, then Press Continue, then Press Continue with Microsoft to display the Sign in Screen

2. From the Sign in Screen, Press No account? Create one!, then follow the Microsoft prompts to create a Microsoft Account for your Email Username

Following creating a Google or Microsoft Account, to log in:

1. From the Open Katipolt Mobile App, Press Continue to sign in, then Press Continue to display the Sign in to your account screen

2. From the Sign in to your account screen, depending on the Account you created, Tap "Continue with Google" OR "Continue with Microsoft"

3. Follow the on-screen Google or Microsoft prompts to log in.
