To View Files
Files marked as a Site File on the Katipolt Desktop side are visible to the Katipolt Mobile App Users from the Job Screen.
1. From a Job Screen, Tap "Files" to display the Files Screen and view any available Files
To Upload a File from the Katipolt Mobile App
1. From the Job's Files Window, Tap the Red [+] Plus button to launch the Add File options, then select an option:
Take photo or video
Photo library
Browse
2. Follow the prompts to upload the file
💡 TIP: Tapping on a file before [SAVE], you can rename the file by giving it a "File Name*" and/or "Description", Tap in the File Name/Description field to launch the Keyboard, Edit, then Tap [EDIT FILE] to retain any editing.
💡 TIP: If you want to load more than one file at a time, Tap the [+ADD] button to display the “Add File” Popup selector again.
3. When you have loaded the file(s) that you want to upload (and renamed if required), Tap [SAVE] to upload the Files List
⚠️ NOTE: Files uploaded at the Katipolt Mobile App display on the Katipolt Desktop side in the Job’s "Files" Top Tab.
To Delete a File from the Upload List (Before Saving)
1. From the Add Files Screen (before Tapping SAVE), Touch & Hold on the file to be deleted to display the “Delete” Popup, then Tap Delete
⚠️ NOTE: Files once Saved from the Katipolt Mobile App cannot be deleted from the Katipolt Mobile App, they must be deleted from the Katipolt Desktop side.
