General/Overview:
Before you can Peview and send a CoC or ESC, it needs to be Saved & Locked to generate a Certificate PDF.
⚠️ NOTE: Only the creator (Certifying Staff Member/Responsible Person) of the CoC or ESC can Save & lock to Send.
To Prepare a CoC or ESC for Sending
Following the completion of the CoC or ESC, on [SAVE] 2 options will display; “Save” and “Save & lock”
1. Select “Save & lock” to close the CoC or ESC Screen and trigger the generation of CoC or ESC PDF
⚠️ NOTE: On Save & Lock, the Certifying Staff Member's Signature will populate to the CoC/ESC, which then displays on the Preview.
To Preview and Send the CoC or ESC
Following Locking the CoC/ESC, the CoC/ESC can be Previewed, and from the Preview you can; Download, Save to files, or Email.
1. From the open CoC/ESC, Tap the “More” (3 dots) menu to display the Certificate Action Card, then Tap Preview and send to display the CoC/ESC Preview
2. From the CoC/ESC Preview Screen, Tap the “More” (3 dots) menu to display the CoC/ESC Actions Card, then either:
Download – Download locally to your Mobile Device
Save to files – Saves to the Katipolt Desktop as a PDF, marking it as a “Site File” and being available to other Katipolt Mobile App Users to view as a PDF
Email - Launches the Katipolt Compose Email feature
