For a Form to be available as an attachment to an email, the Form PDF must have been Saved & Locked and then Saved to a Job’s Files.
To Save a Form to a Job's Files
1. From the Form's Window, Press the [PREVIEW & SEND] button to display the Form Preview pane
⚠️ NOTE: The [PREVIEW & SEND] button will not display until the Form has been Locked.
2. From the Form's Preview pane, Press the "Download” button and select the option “Save PDF to files”
The Form will display in the "Other Files" section of the Available Attachments popup when the [ATTACHMENTS] button > "Browse existing files" option is selected
