⚠️ NOTE: Only Locked or Completed CoC/ESC’s can be attached to an Email.
If a CoC/ESC has been created on a Job, when you navigate to a Sales Invoice’s Email popup of that Job you will be notified “There are Certificates available to attach”
To Attach a CoC or ESC to an Email
1. Press the [ATTACHMENTS] button of the Email popup, then Select “Browse existing files” to display the Available Attachments popup
2. From the Available Attachments popup, Press the Certificates Top Tab to display available Certificates
3. Tick the selection box of the CoC/ESC to be attached, then Press [ADD XX FILE] button to return to the Email popup with the CoC/ESC attached ready to send your email
⚠️ NOTE: Certificates in “Draft” cannot be attached to emails and will display a red bar instead of a selection box, they will require the owner of the CoC/ESC to “Lock” it to allow attaching.
