⚠️ NOTE: Only Locked or Completed CoC/ESC’s are available as email attachments.
If a Job has a Locked CoC/ESC on it, when you navigate to that Job's Sales Invoice or Progress Claim's "Email" compose pane, you will be notified: “There are Certificates available to attach”.
To Attach a CoC or ESC to an Email
1. From the "Email" compose pane, Press the [ATTACHMENTS] button and Select the option “Browse existing files” to display the "Available Attachments" popup
💡 TIP: [Attach new file] option – Allows you to browse to somewhere on your computer to add a file as an attachment.
2. From the "Available Attachments" popup, Press the Certificates Top Tab to display available Certificates
3. Tick the selection box of the CoC/ESC(s) to be attached, then Press the [ADD XX FILE] button to return to the "Email" compose pane with the CoC/ESC(s) attached ready to be sent with your email
⚠️ NOTE: Certificates in “Draft” cannot be attached to emails and will display a red bar to the left instead of a Selection box, they will require the owner of the CoC/ESC to “Lock” it to allow attaching.
