This Help Article covers:

This is not the only way, but a quick and easy way to achieve a Company Branding Banner, Logo, or Signature.

Banners, Logos or Signatures can be .jpg, .gif or .png format

Recommended sizing/ratios are;

  • “Banner” 1650 x 300px

  • “Logo” 1120 x 300px

  • “Signature” 730 x 300px

To make a Banner, Logo, or Signature we use Windows built-in “Paint” feature.

Open “Paint”, then size the blank image to the sizing for what you want to build, the size will display at the bottom of the “Paint” Window.

To Make a Banner or Logo Image

Copy & Paste the image you want (your company logo) into the blank “Paint” image.

OR

Using a “Snipping” Tool, take a “Snip” and Paste the snip into the blank “Paint” image.

💡 Tip: If the image “blows” the blank “Paint” image pixels, Copy & Paste the image into an MS Word document and re-size it to suit, then Copy & Paste it into the blank “Paint” image.

When finished Save the Banner or Logo.

To Make a Signature

Sign a bit of Paper and scan or take a photo, then from your desktop using a “Snipping Tool", take a “Snip” of the Signature and Paste it into the blank “Paint” image.

💡 Tip: There are a few online background removal tools, Save your “Snip” then run it through a background removal tool to create a clean well-presented Signature.
