Ready to Invoice
Staff from the Katipolt Mobile App can advise Office Staff that a Job is "Ready to Invoice"
1. From the Job Screen, Tap the "More" (3 dots) menu to display the "$ Mark as ready to invoice" option, then Tap "$ Mark as ready to invoice" to select, then Tap [CLOSE]
โ ๏ธ NOTE: On "$ Mark as ready to invoice" the "More" (3 dots) menu will remove
On the Katipolt Desktop side, the Job List View will display the Ready to Invoice Icon and the Job Page will display a Ready to Invoice flag
๐ก TIP: To find Ready to Invoice Jobs, from the Job List's [Refine] Filter, select "Status" = "Ready to Invoice" then [VIEW RESULTS] to display a list of Ready to Invoice Jobs.
Invoicing the Job will remove the Ready to Invoice Icon and Flag
โ ๏ธ NOTE: Unmark/Undo Ready to Invoice can only be done from the Desktop Job, Tap the "More" (3 dots) menu of the Job and select the option "Mark as not ready to invoice" option.
๐ก TIP: Invoicing or Marking as not ready to invoice will restore the "More" (3 dots) menu on the Katipolt Mobile App Job Screen.
