General/Overview:
Email Templates are Text that is used to populate the body of a Katipolt feature's email when sending. The text can be edited at the sending location if needed.
Each Katipolt feature can have multiple Email Templates, one being set as the default, and the others selectable at the sending location if needed.
Email Templates entered as a Job or Customer Template are used when sending general emails to a Customer from the Job or Customer.
Email Templates entered as a Quote, Sale, or Order Template are used when sending a document to a Customer from that Katipolt feature.

Email Templates entered as a Booking Template are used when sending an email confirmation to a Customer from a Booking.
💡 TIP: The Common Settings is where the Default Email Theme is selected.
To Enter/Edit Email Text Templates

1. From the Side Menu, Press Company Settings, then Press the Correspondence Top Tab to display the Email Settings Expandable Section
2. From the Emails Settings Expandable Section, Work across Selecting a Katipolt feature Template Tabs (Job, Quote, Sale, Order, Customer and/or Booking Templates), then Press [+ADD] to display the "New XXXX Email Template" Popup for the selected feature
⚠️ NOTE: The Common Settings Tab is where you set the Default Theme of the Email.
3. From "New XXXX Email Template" Popup, Enter a Name* for the Email Template, Enter a Subject, then Enter the Template Text*
⚠️ NOTE: Template Text* within braces { } is used to pull system text into the wording, it is recommended not to delete or change this (I.E. wording such as: the Company Name, the Logged-in User's Name, Quote’s Description, Date etc).
4. When finished [SAVE]
To Change Email Template at the Email sending location
From the Document Email
1. Following Pressing the [EMAIL] of the Document's Preview & Send Popup, From the Document's "Email" compose pane, Press the Email Template button to display the options, then Select the required option.
From a Correspondence Top Tab
1. Following Pressing the "SEND EMAIL" of the "Emails" Expandable Section, from the "Email" compose pane, Press the Email Template button to display the options, then Select the required option.
From a Booking
1. Following Pressing the Send Email Icon of the Booking, from the "Email" compose pane, Press the Email Template button to display the options, then Select the required option.
