How to track and view your Email Activity

⚠️ NOTE: The Latest Activity information is picked up from our Email Provider, we only display what is received and from time to time there may be delays in information picked up.

Emails sent from a Document Preview display in the Correspondence Top Tab of the Document Page it was sent from (Quote, Order, Purchase, Sale) AND in the Emails Expandable Section of the Correspondence Top Tab of the Job the Document relates to.

All Emails sent from Katipolt are displayed in the Emails List View of the Side Menu.

Email List Views have a “Latest Activity” column which displays the Email’s “current status”

💡 TIP: The Latest Activity of an Email's List View displays the activity for the displayed “To” email address.

If an Email has multiple people in the “To” or “Cc” fields, Press on the Email to open and display the Email Popup, the Email Popup contains an Activity Section that displays the Email Activity timeline of all recipients, the "To's" and "Cc's"

Should an Email Fail, hover over the “Failed” status to display the Tooltip with the possible cause of the failure

💡 TIP: Failed emails also display the failure as a notification on the page's Top Border "Notification Bell", Press on the Bell to see the notification. Press on the notification to be taken to the email.

⚠️ NOTE: If an email "Fails", it will at short intervals retry up to 3 times.
