Jobs Overview
Ready to Invoice – Jobs that have been “Mark as ready to invoice” by a User from Katipolt Desktop OR Katipolt Mobile App. To clear from the Dashboard, from the Job(s) either: Make a Sale OR "Mark as not ready to invoice"
Unsold Costs – Costs assigned to Jobs that have not been Sold (WIP). To clear from the Dashboard, from the Job(s) either: Make a Sale and sell the Labour and/or Materials OR Mark the Labour and/or Materials as "Non-Billable"
Quotes Overview
To Send – Quote/Variations added but not Sent (Includes those "Overdue"). To clear from the Dashboard, from the Quote/Variation(s) either: Complete Quote/Variation and Send (and "Mark as Sent"), OR "Cancel" the Quote/Variation.
OR
Overdue – Quote/Variations that have passed their entered “Date To Send*” date. To clear from the Dashboard, from the Quote/Variation(s) either: Complete Quote/Variations and Send (and "Mark as Sent"), Change the “Date To Send” OR “Cancel” the Quote/Variation.
Follow Up – Quote/Variations have been “Sent” and passed their entered “Date to Follow Up” date. To clear from the Dashboard, from the Quote/Variation(s) either: Change the “Date to Follow Up” OR “Cancel”, “Decline”, or “Accept” the Quote/Variation
OR
⚠️ NOTE: If you “Cancel” or “Decline” a Quote, DON'T FORGET TO CHANGE THE STATUS OF THE JOB
"Cancel" - Job can go ahead but as a Charge Up Job, Change the Job status to "In Progress"
"Cancel" OR "Decline" - Job will not go ahead, Change the Job status to "Archived"
Sales Overview
Unsent – Sales that have not been marked on the Katipolt side as “Sent”. To clear from the Dashboard, from the Sales Invoice, Progress Claim, or Credit Note either: Send and “Mark as sent” OR if sent “Mark as sent”
Overdue Payments – Sales that have past their entered “Due Date*” date (May or May Not have been "Sent"). To clear from the Dashboard, from the Sales Invoice, Progress Claim, or Credit Note either: Change the “Due Date*” OR “Mark as paid”
OR
Uninvoiced Retentions – Displays the accumulated total of any Uninvoiced Retentions, review regularly to ensure none have passed their “Retention Release Date”, then Invoice to remove from the Dashboard
⚠️ NOTE: Retentions that have passed their “Retention Release Date”, and have not been Invoiced, trigger the Ready to Invoice flag and display in the Ready to Invoice tile count.
