How to add or edit a Booking from a Mobile Device

To Enable a User to Add/Edit Bookings

For a User to be able to Add/Edit a Booking they need to be enabled on the Katipolt Desktop side. To do this they need to be added to a Role with permission “Add/Edit Bookings” toggled "On".

Company Settings > Staff Top Tab > Roles Expandable Section > Select a Role that displays “Add/Edit Bookings” toggled "On" OR from a Role toggle it "On"> then select the person from the “Assigned To” dropdown to add

⚠️ NOTE: As bookings are added/edited from the Scheduler Screen of the Katipolt Mobile App, toggling "Add/Edit Bookings" also toggles "View Scheduling" on, giving the User access to the Schedule Screen of the Katipolt Mobile App.

To Add Booking

1. From the Schedule Screen, Tap the Red [+] Plus button to launch the New Booking Screen

2. From the New Booking Screen, work down the fields Entering/Editing the Booking details

3. When finished, Tap [SAVE (X.XX HRS)] to save

⚠️ NOTE: Fields with an Asterisk * are required fields and you will not be able to Save the New Booking until they all have an entry.

⚠️ NOTE: Bookings will display on the Katipolt Desktop Scheduling Calendar and on the Katipolt Mobile App Entries Screen of the selected Staff.

To Edit Booking

1. From the Schedule Screen (or Entries Screen), Tap on a Booking to display the Job Card, then Tap Edit to display the Edit Booking Screen

2. From the Edit Booking Screen, Edit as required

3. When finished, Tap [SAVE (X.XX HRS)] to save
