💡 TIP: Tags can also be entered and used on Quotes, Purchase Invoices, and Sales Invoices.

💡 TIP: Multiple Tags can be entered on Jobs, Quotes, Purchase Invoices, or Sales Invoices.

⚠️ NOTE: A Tag will only display in the dropdown list while 1 is being used. I.E. if a Tag is removed from all places it is used, it will cease to display in the dropdown list and will need to be keyed in again to use.

1. Press on the Add tag [+] Plus button of a Job

2. Key in the new Tag, then Press on the Add tag text display to add to the Tags options list

1. Press on the Add tag [+] Plus button of a Job to display the Tag options

2. Select Tag by Pressing on a Tag

Job-selected Tags are displayed in the "Tags" column of the Job List

💡 Tip; Although you can have many Tag options, you can only select up to 5 Tags on a Job.

1. Hover over the Tag to display the X icon, then Press the X icon to Delete the Job Tag from the Job

Press on the Job List's Refine button to display the Refine Filters options

1. From the Refine Filters options, Press the Tags field dropdown icon to expand and display the options, then Select option(s)

2. When Tags are selected, Press [VIEW RESULTS] to view the List

If a Tag is used, then it exists, it cannot be removed unless it is removed from all places it exists

A Tag cannot be Edited, it needs to be found in all places it exists, then swapped out for the correct Tag (Remove/Add)

1. Use the Refine Filter to find the items using the Tag, then tick to Select All, then from the bottom of the window Press the “More” (3 dots) button and Select the option Bulk Edit

2. From the Tag Bulk Edit popup;

Add – Press the + button, then Enter a Tag to Add

Remove – Press the + button then Select the Tag to Remove

💡 TIP: If you only Select a Tag to Remove, on [ACCEPT] it will be removed. If you Enter a Tag to Add and Select a Tag to Remove, on [ACCEPT] the Remove Tag will be swapped out for the Add Tag.

3. Press [ACCEPT] to either "Remove" OR "Swapp Out" the Tag
