Site Visits allows you to group costs and other information within the Job. Each Site Visit contains its own Booking, Timesheets, Purchases, Forms, Certificates and Orders, which provides more control for billing different parts of a Job.

Adhoc lines are quote lines that do not require a product code and are only for use within the quote they are added to.

PURCHASE INVOICE IMPORT QUEUE

The new Import Queue allows files to be added to a queue for importing/processing at a later date.

Invoices can also be automatically added to the queue by forwarding invoice emails to the unique address provided on the Import Queue page.

KATIPOLT MOBILE - BULK ADD IMPROVEMENTS

You are now able to upload multiple images at a time from Katipolt Mobile.

Adding products has also been updated to simplify entry and provide more information, such as the product unit of measure.
