GET TODAYS COSTS - COST UPDATE ALERTS IN QUOTES
The system will now alert you if your quote costs are not up to date.
If you have sent the Quote, we recommend cloning your Quote first before clicking Apply Latest Pricing, in order to keep a record of the original.

QUOTE ACCEPTANCE TEXT
A tickbox to include or exclude Quote acceptance has been added. This is located under Settings when previewing a Quote.
You are able to set this to default as on or off under Company Settings / Defaults / Quote/Invoice previews

MODERN EMAIL STYLE TEMPLATES
Choose from three Email Templates in the Correspondence tab under Company Settings.

UPLOAD SUPPORTED SUPPLIER PURCHASE INVOICES
Upload the invoice and Katipolt will read and load purchase data for adding to your Job.

COC 'HIGH RISK' DETAILS
When adding a Certificate in the Correspondence tab of your Job, you are now able to specify the High Risk details as appropriate.

SCHEDULING IMPROVEMENTS
An Add Booking button has been added to the Scheduling page.
You can now add bookings for any reason, they do not need to be attached to a Job.

CATEGORIES FOR CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Instead of all being under 'Unknown,' you can now select the appropriate category for Products you've added to the system.
