To Add a Quote Manual Section (Quote Side)
Adding a Quote Manual Section is done from the Quote Overview Window (Quote Side).
Quick Flow:
Quote: XXXX Window
[+ADD MANUAL SECTION]
Section Name*
[CONFIRM]
Kitset/Product Code
Qty > [Enter]
Cost
Price
Qty
1. From the Quote: XXXX Overview Window:
Press the [+ADD MANUAL SECTION] button to display the "Add new manual section" popup
Enter a “Section Name*”
Check/Edit the Section "Brand”
Enter a "Description" (Optional)
Press [CONFIRM] to display the Quote's new Manual Section where you can Add Kitset/Product Quote Lines, or Ad Hoc Lines to build your Quote
To Add a Kitset OR Product Quote Line
1. From a Quote's Manual Section;
Enter a Kitset/Product Code (or part of) into the "Search kitsets/products..." search field
Press the keyboard “Enter” Key to display/select the Kitset/Product
Enter a Qty as required
Press the keyboard “Enter” Key again to display a new Kitset or Product Quote Line
💡 TIP: At the start of the Quote line, there is a filter to narrow your search, you can select from: Both, Kitsets or Products.
💡 TIP: Pressing the Enter Key twice after entering the Kitset/Product Code will enter the Kitset/Product with a Quantity of 1, positioning the cursor in the "Search kitsets/products..." search field ready for the next Kitset/Product Code entry.
2. From the new Kitset/Product Quote Line, if needed, work across the line, Editing the:
Price and/or
Qty
To Add an Ad Hoc Line (A Product not in Product Files)
1. From a Quote's Manual Section, Press the Add ad hoc line Icon to display a new Quote Ad Hoc Line
2. From the new Quote Ad Hoc Line, work across the line Entering a:
Name,
Cost,
Price, and
Qty
⚠️ NOTE: Ad Hoc Products are “this Quote only” and do not save to Products so are not available to search and recall for other Quotes.
To Delete a Quote Section, Kitset/Product Line or Ad Hoc Line
From the Quote Section, Kitset/Product Line or Ad Hoc Line Line to be deleted, Press the "More" (3 dots) menu to display the options, then select "Delete"
Press [SAVE] to save the Delete
💡 TIP: You can undo the delete if you Press the Undo button prior to the [SAVE].
