Adding a Quote Plan Section and Plan are done from Katipolt’s inbuilt drawing software "Visbuild", then Kitsets and Product Quote Lines are added to a Section's Plan/Layer to create the Quote.
⚠️ NOTE: The Section's Kitsets and Product Quote Lines are not editable from the "Quote Side" and need to be edited from the "Visbuild Side" (the Master of Record), which then synchronizes with the "Quote Side" to update the Quote.
To Add a Quote Plan Section (Visbuild Side)
Adding a Quote Plan Section and Plan are done from Katipolt’s inbuilt drawing software "Visbuild".

⚠️ NOTE: Following Add Quote, you need to do a Save to liven the [OPEN IN VISBUILD] button.
1. Press [OPEN IN VISBUILD] of the Quote's Overview Page to launch a new Browser Tab and open the Visbuild Window
⚠️ NOTE: On opening the Visbuild Window, by default, Visbuild will display the first Section labeled with the Company Setting's "Visbuild Default Section" name and "Visbuild Default Layer" name.
2. From the Visbuild Window, either Drag & Drop the Plan into the Visbuild Section's Main Window to display the Section Plan Image, OR Edit the Section and/or Layer names, then Drag & Drop the Plan Image into the Visbuild Section's Main Window to display the Section Plan Image
3. Make any changes to the Plan using the Edit/Tidy Up Tools, then Press [DONE]

To Add a Kitset to a Plan
1. Select a Plan and Layer, then from the Visbuild Window’s Kitset Library Section;
Press a Kitset Category to expand,
Press & Hold on a Kitset Icon to Drag & Drop onto the Plan
💡 Tip: Having Added the first Kitset Icon(s), now is a good time to Scale the Kitset Icons to suit the Plan scale, Press on the Plan to display the Icon Size slider in the Properties panel, then slide to scale to suit.
💡 TIP: If you Press on a Kitset Icon in the Kitset Library, this initiates the Stamp Tool, you can then stamp the selected Kitset multiple times on the Plan. To Cancel the Stamp feature, Press on the Tools Section’s Pointer Tool (Or Press the Keyboard's Esc key).
To Add a Product Quote Line to a Plan
Product Quote lines are used to add a Product or Products to a Quote's Plan instead of using a Kitset OR where a Kitset does not exist
1. Select a Plan and Layer, then from Visbuild’s side Tool Bar;
Press the Quote Line Tool,
Click on the Plan to load and display the Quote Line popup
2. From the Quote Line popup;
Enter a Name
Enter a Description (Optional)
3. From the Products Section of the Quote Line popup, to add a product:
Enter a Product Code (or part of) into the "Enter Product code” field,
Press the keyboard's Enter key to display the Product OR Press the [+ADD PRODUCT] button to select the Product,
Enter a"Qty" as required
4. If needed, repeat Step 3 to enter more Products
5. When finished, Press [DONE] to save.
⚠️ NOTE: Visbuild Quote Lines display on the Plan Section/Image as a red border text box, and on the Quote as a line less the “Code” and “Kitset Icon”.
To Delete a Quote Plan or Plan Section
The Plan to be deleted may belong to a Section with 1 Plan, or a Section with multiple Plans, so open the Section's Edit Section popup to view, then delete the individual Plan or Section and Plan(s) as required. To do this;
Display the Plan to be deleted in the Visbuild Window, then from the Section/Plan Selector's "More" (3 dots) menu, Select "Edit sections/plans" to display the Edit Section popup, then;
To delete a Plan - Press the Plan Line's "More" (3 dots) menu then select "Delete plan" and follow the instructions OR
To delete the Section and Plan(s) - Press the Section's [DELETE] button and follow the instructions
