To Add a Kitset to a Manual Section

Adding a Kitset is done from a Quotes Manual Section.

1. From a Quote's Manual Section;

Enter a Kitset/Product Code (or part of) into the "Search kitsets/products..." search field
Press your keyboard “Enter” Key to display/select the Kitset/Product
Enter a Qty as required
Press your keyboard “Enter” Key again to display a new Kitset or Product Quote Line

💡 TIP: At the start of the Quote line, there is a filter to narrow your search, you can select from; Both, Kitsets or Products.

💡 TIP: Pressing the Enter Key twice after entering the Kitset/Product Code will enter the Kitset/Product with a Quantity of 1, positioning the cursor in the "Search kitsets/products..." search field ready for the next Kitset/Product Code entry.

2. From the Kitset/Product Quote Line, work across editing as needed the Price and/or Qty

To Edit a Kitset of a Manual Section

Editing a Kitset on the Quote clones the Kitset, converting it to a Quote Line (Multiple Products).

1. Press the Kitset Line’s “More” (3 dots) menu, then select “View/Edit Kitset” to clone the Kitset and launch a “Quote Line” popup

2. From the Kitset popup, Press [EDIT QUOTE LINE]

3. You will be asked “Do you want to proceed”, Press [YES] to display the editable Quote Line popup

4. From the “Quote Line” popup, Edit as needed

5. When finished, Press [DONE]

💡 TIP: The Quote Line will display with a blue bar to identify that it was a Kitset that has been edited. The original Kitset Line will display ready “to be deleted” and will delete on the next [Save] OR can be reverted and used or edited again.

To Add a Product Quote Line to a Manual Section (Single & Mulitple Products)

Single Product;

1. From a Quote's Manual Section;

Enter a Product Code (or part of) into the "Search kitsets/products..." field to find and select the Product
Enter a Qty, then Press Enter
From the Quote Line, work across editing as needed the Price and/or Qty

Multiple Products;

1. From a Quote's Manual Section, either Enter a Single Product OR Ad Hoc Line to create a Quote Line.

2. From the Quote Line, Press the “More” (3 dots) menu, then select "View/Edit Quote Line" to display the Quote Line popup

3. From the Quote Line popup, Enter a Quote Line;

Name*, and
Description

4. Then Search and Add Products as required

5. When finished, Press [DONE] to save

To Add an Ad Hoc Line to a Manual Section

⚠️ NOTE: Ad Hoc Lines are used to add Products or items to a Quote that are not in Katipolt's Product List.

1. From a Quote's Manual Section;

Press the Add ad hoc line Icon to display a new Quote Line

2. From the Quote Line enter a; Name > Cost > Price and/or Qty

⚠️ NOTE: Ad Hoc Line Products are “this Quote only” and do not save to Products so are not available to search and recall for other Quotes.
