This Help Article covers:
The Sales Forecast Report displays as 3 parts;
Bar Chart - "Actual Sales by Month" for "This Month" OR the selected period.
Summary - A tile displaying the "Auctaul Sales" and "Forecasts Sales" for "This Month" only.
List View - A list of Jobs that have incurred Costs "This Month" OR the selected period, and have Costs that have not been sold.
If a Job displays in the List, it will display ALL Unsold Costs for that Job, I.E. any Unsold Costs outside the default "This Month" or selected period.
The Sales Forecast Report uses the Unsold Costs of the Job and the Job's Selected Price Rule to calculate and Forecast Sales of the Unsold Costs.

⚠️ NOTE: For Quoted Jobs, the List view "Sales (Forecast)" column will only display a Sales Forecast up to the Value of the Accepted Quote and any Accepted Variations.
To display a Sales Forecast Report
Displaying a Sales Forecast Report is done from the Side Menu's Reports Side Tab’s Quick Options.

Sales Forecast > Select
1. Hover over the Reports Side Tab to display the Quick Options, then Press the Sales Forecast option to display the REPORTS: Sales Forecast Page
💡 TIP: The REPORTS: Sales Forecast Page by default displays a list of Jobs that have incurred Unsold Costs (WIP) for "This Month", you can customize the view by Pressing the Refine Filters button, then Selecting from the array of filters, then Press the [VIEW RESULTS] button.
To display a list of the Job's "Unsold Costs"
1. Press on the Arrow of a Job Line to launch the Job XXXX - Unsold costs popup to view the Unsold Labour and/or Products
2. From the Job XXXX - Unsold costs popup, either:
Press [TIDY COSTS] to be taken to the Job where you can go to the Sales & Cost Top Tab and tidy the Costs,
OR
Press [ADD SALE] to create a Sales Invoice on the Job and Sell the Unsold Costs
