The Quotes Report displays as 3 parts;
Bar Chart - Amount Quoted by Month displaying the "Sent", "Accepted" and "Live" Quote total $ values each month for the previous year OR selected period.
Summary - A tile displaying "This Month's" Actuals V the previous year's Monthly Averages.
List View - A list of Quote totals for each Month for the previous year OR selected period.
To display a Quotes Report
Displaying a Quotes Report is done from the Reports Side Menu's "Quotes" Option.

1. From the Side Menu, Hover over Reports and Select the option "Quotes" to display the Reports: Quotes Page
đĄ TIP: The Reports: Quotes Page by default displays a list of Quote totals for each Month for the previous Year, you can customize the view by Pressing the Refine filters button, Selecting from the array of filters, then Pressing the [VIEW RESULTS] button.
Display Fields
Bar Chart
Sent = The current $ value of Quotes "Sent" that Month (they may have been Sent in previous Months and Re-Sent that Month, so display the $ value in that Month)
Accepted = The current $ value of Quotes with an âAccepted Dateâ that Month
Live = The current $ value of Quotes with a âQuote Dateâ that Month that are âLockedâ or in âDraftâ (I.E. not âAcceptedâ, âDeclinedâ or âCancelledâ)
Summary
Sent this month = The current $ value of Quotes âSentâ this Month (they may have been Sent in previous months and Re-Sent this Month so display in the value)
Sent/month (avg) = The Average $ value of Quotes Sent per Month (Over 1 year)
Accepted this month = Total $ value of Quotes Accepted this Month (Accepted Quotes may have been Quoted in previous months)
Accepted/month (avg) = The Average $ value of Quotes Accepted a Month (Over 1 Year)
Average Rate = The average % of your Quotes Accepted (Over 1 year)
Accepted Days (avg) = The Average Days of Accepted Quotes from Sent to Accepted (Over 1 year)
Amount in Draft = Total $ value of ALL Quotes that are still in Draft (Not been Sent or have been Sent then Unlocked and are still Unlocked)

Quoted Amount = The current $ value of all Quotes with a âQuote Dateâ of the selected Month (Including Quotes in Draft)
Quoted Hours = The current Hours of all Quotes with a "Quote Date" of the selected Month (Including Quotes in Draft)
Quote Margin = The current $ value âMarginâ of all Quotes with a âQuote Dateâ of the selected Month (Including Quotes in Draft)
Average Quoted Margin = The current Average âMarginâ of all Quotes with a âQuote Dateâ of the selected Month (Including Quotes in Draft)
Accepted Amount = The $ value of all âAcceptedâ Quotes with an âAccepted Dateâ of the selected Month
Accepted Hours = The Hours of all âAcceptedâ Quotes with an âAccepted Dateâ of the selected Month
How to use the Quotes Reports
Use the Summary to measure/monitor your;
"Sent this month" V "Sent/month (avg)", to ensure you are getting enough Quotes out there.
"Accepted this month" V "Accepted/Month (avg)" to know what you are winning, if in decline you may need to Quote more or review your Margins.
"Acceptance Rate" and "Acceptance Days (avg)", knowing how much you are Quoting, the average % of Quotes that are Accepted, and your average acceptance time, you can forecast your potential future workload.
Use the List view to look at your monthly overview, Press the Arrow to the right of a Monthly Quote line to see a list of the Quotes for that month and their Status.
Filter by "Locked" (Live) Quotes and follow them up, to see how your pricing stacked up for future Quoting
