How to set your Default Filters and Columns view of List Views

This Help Article covers:

Pressing on a Side Menu button displays a List View for the feature selected

List Views have a default view, however, you can set and save your default filter and columns view

Filters can be “Pinned” to display when landing on the List View

Columns can be hidden/displayed and their positions moved to create a default column view when landing on the List View

⚠️ NOTE: The default List Views are remembered for the Computer it is set on, not the Logged in User

To Set/Save the Filter View Default

Quick Flow:

  • List View Select

  • [Refine] Filter

  • Select your requirements

  • Save current search

  • Name*

  • "Pin to Side Menu" Ticking Optional

  • Set as default” Ticking Optional

  • [CONFIRM]

1. From the selected List View, Press the [Refine] button to display the Refine Filters popup

2. Work down the Filters Selecting your requirements

3. Press the “Save current search” Icon of the "Custom" field

4. Give the List View a Name*, tick "Pin to side side menu" and/or “Set as default” (Optional), then Press [CONFIRM] to Save

💡 TIP: All saved searches display as an option in the Refine Filters Custom Filter's dropdown

To Set the Coulmn View Default

To Hide/Display Columns

1. From the selected List View, Press the [Change display settings] button to display the Display Settings popup

2. From the Display Settings popup, Toggle Column "On"/"Off" to Display/Hide

To move a Column position

3. From the Display Settings popup, Hover over a Column to expose the Grab Indicators (6 dots), then Press on a Grab Indicator to Drag & Drop the Column to the desired location

💡 TIP: Order Top to Bottom displays Left to Right on the List View.

4. When finished, Press [APPLY] to apply the settings and return to the List View.

To Delete the List View Default

1. From the “Custom” field of the Refine Filters popup, Select the Pinned view, then Press the More (3 dots) menu and Select “Delete”
