The Bill of Materials (BOM) can be displayed and viewed from two Locations, from the:

The Bill of Materials (BOM) displays a list of ALL Products used to build the Quote and/or Variation(s).

The Bill of Materials (BOM) Products are grouped by Quote Section, then grouped by Labour, Materials, and Other, including the Quantities, and Quoted Cost of those products.

💡 TIP: The Bill of Materials (BOM) can be downloaded. The downloaded BOM can then be formatted to suit and sent to a Supplier to get Supplier Special Pricing for the Quote.

⚠️ NOTE: All Costs shown in the BOM are displayed based on today's pricing.

Viewing a BOM for a Quote OR Variation is done from that Quote or that Variation Window.

Quick Flow:

1. From the Quote OR Variation Window, Press the "More" (3 dots) menu and Select the option “View BOM” to launch a new tab and display the “BOM for Quote XXXX” Window OR “BOM for Variation XXXX” Window

Viewing a BOM for a Quote AND its Accepted Variation(s) is done from the Quote/Variation’s Job Window.

⚠️ NOTE: Until a Variation is Accepted, its Products are not included in a BOM viewed from the Job. To view the Products of an Unaccepted Variation, the BOM must be viewed from that Variation.

Quick Flow:

1. From the Quote/Variation’s Job Window, Press the "More" (3 dots) menu and Select the option “View bill of materials” to launch a new tab and display the “BOM for Job XXXX” Window

💡 TIP: The BOM for Quote AND Accepted Variation(s) is an aggregated list of all Products. If you want to see the Products of the Quote or an individual Variation, view the BOM from the Quote or the Variation.

1. From the “BOM for Quote/Variation XXXX” Window OR “BOM for Job XXXX” Window, Press the [EXPORT AS CSV] button to download a .csv of the BOM

💡 TIP: The BOM can be exported with or without pricing, to display the pricing, Tick “Show Cost Price” of the Export Options Popup when exporting.
