The Bill of Materials (BOM) displays a list of ALL products used to build the Quote and/or Variation(s) (grouped by Labour, Materials, and Other), including the quantities and cost of those products.
Viewing a BOM for a Quote OR Variation is done from that Quote OR Variation Window.
Viewing a BOM for a Quote and its Accepted Variations is done from the Quote's Job Window.
⚠️ NOTE: All costs shown in the BOM are displayed based on today's pricing.
To View the BOM of a Quote OR Variation
Viewing a BOM for a Quote OR Variation is done from that Quote or Variation Window.

"More" (3 dots) menu > “View BOM” Option
1. From the Quote OR Variation Window, Press the "More" (3 dots) menu and Select the option “View BOM” to launch a new tab and display the “BOM for Quote XXXX” Window OR “BOM for Variation XXXX” Window
To View the BOM of a Quote AND Variation(s)
Viewing a BOM for a Quote AND its Variation(s) is done from the Quote/Variation’s Job Window.
⚠️ NOTE: The BOM for a Variation(s) does not display in the Job Window BOM until the Variation has been Accepted.

1. From the Quote/Variation’s Job Window, Press the "More" (3 dots) menu and Select the option “View bill of materials” to launch a new tab and display the “BOM for Job XXXX” Window
⚠️ NOTE: The BOM for Quote AND Variation(s) is an aggregated list of all products. If you want to see the BOM for the Quote or an individual Variation, view it from that Quote or Variation.
To download the BOM
1. From the “BOM for Quote/Variation XXXX” Window OR “BOM for Job XXXX” Window, Press the [EXPORT AS CSV] button to download a .csv of the BOM
