The Bill of Materials (BOM) displays a list of ALL products (grouped by Labour, Materials, and Other) used to build the Quote and/or Variation(s), including the quantities and cost of those products

Viewing a BOM for a Quote OR Variation is done from that Quote or Variation Window

1. From the Quote or Variation Window, Press the More (3 dots) menu, then Select “View BOM” to launch a new tab and display the “BOM for Quote XXXX” Window OR “BOM for Variation XXXX” Window

Viewing a BOM for a Quote AND Variation(s) is done from the Quote/Variation’s Job Window.

Following the adding of a Variation to a Quote, the “View bill of materials” option will display in the Job Window's More (3 dots) menu

1. From the Quote/Variation’s Job Window, Press the More (3 dots) menu, then Select “View bill of materials” to launch a new tab and display the “BOM for Job XXXX” Window

⚠️ NOTE: The BOM for Quote AND Variation(s) is an aggregated list of all products. If you want to see the BOM for the Quote or an individual Variation, view it from the Quote or that Variation.

1. From the “BOM for Quote/Variation XXXX” Window OR “BOM for Job XXXX” Window, Press the [EXPORT AS CSV] button to download a csv of the BOM
