This Help Article covers;
Unlike other CRMs, Katipolt displays multiple "areas" for a Customer/Supplier's business, and a Contact “Person” is selected as the default "Primary Contact" for each area.
For a Customer, Katipolt has;
Primary Contact,
Primary Billing Contact,
Primary Quote Contact, and
Primary Job Contact
For a Supplier, Katipolt has;
Primary Contact, and
Primary Order Contact
When emailing a document to a Customer/Supplier, Katipolt uses the email address of the selected Primary Contact Person for that area of the Customer/Supplier's business, so to change the email you need to do this on the selected Primary Contact Person for that area.
When displaying a phone number for a Customer on the Katipolt Mobile App for a Job, Katipolt displays the phone number(s) of the selected "Primary Job Contact*"
💡 TIP: When using Job Locations, you can select a different "Primary Job Contact*" for each Job Location.
To Change a Customer/Supplier Email or Phone Number(s)

1. From the Customer/Supplier Window, scroll down to the “More details” section to view the selected Person for the different areas of the Customer/Supplier
2. From the Customer/Supplier Window's Contact's Section, Press on a Contact Person to display the Person's details Popup
3. From the selected Person’s details Popup, Edit the Email Address and/or Phone Number(s) as required, then [SAVE]
