This Help Article covers;
Katipolt Users (Staff Members) are categorised into two Access Levels;
Katipolt and Katipolt Mobile – Can access Katipolt Desktop and the Katipolt Mobile App
Katipolt Mobile Only – Can access the Katipolt Mobile App only (Default for new Staff Members)
⚠️ NOTE: What a Staff Member can see or do when they log in is set by the Role (permission level) they are Assigned To. For more information on Roles see the Help Article: "Roles/Permission Levels (Add-Assign-Edit)"
Staff Members are grouped by the two Access Levels in Sub-Expandables under the Staff Expandable of Company Settings
A Staff Member’s Access Level displays at the top of their Profile Window
To Allow Access to Katipolt Desktop
Quick Flow:

1. From a Staff Member Profile Page, Press the [CHANGE ACCESS LEVEL] to display the Katipolt Access Level Popup
2. From the Katipolt Access Level Popup, Press [CHANGE ACCESS] to change the access to Katipolt and Katipolt Mobile
⚠️ NOTE: If you have reached your Maximum Katipolt Licenses, a Popup will display to advise you of this, so you can’t give the Staff Member access to Katipolt Desktop. You can either:
Remove a license from another Staff Member OR
Request More Licenses.
💡 TIP: If the Staff Member has been logging into the Katipolt Mobile App, they can use the same credentials to log into Katipolt Desktop. If they have NOT been logging into the Katipolt Mobile App, they will need to create a Katipolt Account to log in.
To Remove Access to Katipolt Desktop

2. From the Katipolt Access Level Popup, Press [CHANGE ACCESS] to change the access to Katipolt Mobile Only
