Katipolt Users can use any of 3 methods of authentication when logging in:

This Help Article deals with creating a Katipolt Account to use for authentication

⚠️ NOTE: The Username is the email address entered for the User on their Staff Profile in Katipolt Desktop.

This Help Article assumes you have been entered in as a Staff Member. For more information on Adding Staff see the Help Article: "Staff (Add - Edit)"

Go to the Play Store/App Store from your mobile device and search for "Katipolt Mobile", then download to install the Katipolt Mobile App.

⚠️ NOTE: If you already use the Katipolt Desktop from your web browser, there is no need to add an Account, you can use your existing Katipolt Desktop Account Username and Password to log in to the Katipolt Mobile App.

Quick Flow:

1. From the open Katipolt Mobile App, Press Continue to sign in, then Press Continue, then Press "Create account"

2. From the Create your account screen, Enter your Username (the email address entered on your Staff Profile Page), then Press [Create account] to display the Verify your email screen and send a verification email to your Email address (Username)

3. From the Verify your email screen, Enter Verification Code to display the Set password screen

4. From the Set password screen, Enter your chosen Password, then Press [Save password] to be logged in to the Katipolt Mobile App

Following creating a Katipolt Account, to log in:

1. From the Open Katipolt Mobile App, Press Continue to sign in, then Press Continue to display the Sign in to your account screen

2. From the Sign in to your account screen, Enter your Username (the email address entered on your Staff Profile Page), then Press [Sign in] to display the Enter Password screen

3. From the Enter Password screen, Enter your Password, then Press [Continue] to logged in to the Katipolt Mobile App
