This article is relevant for users that experience login issues with a combination of Microsoft sign-in, a custom email domain and do not use Office 365.
Issue
Users migrating to the new login system that supports multiple providers may see an error like below when attempting to log in.
Custom domain users will see this when attempting to log in with an account that has only been used for Katipolt/Katipolt Mobile on or before 3 May 2021.
Solution
Users should create a new personal (non-corporate) Microsoft account with their existing email addresses. This can be done directly from the Microsoft sign-in screen and is entirely self-service.
