General/Overview:
Staff Member Email Usernames are unique and can only be used for one Staff Member of a Katipolt Account at any time. Trying to use a currently assigned Email Username for another Staff Member will result in being unable to save the Email Username for that Staff Member, and a banner or error message displaying: "The email provided is already in use...".
OR
To reuse the Email Username, the email on the current User needs to be:
Changed, OR
Removed
To Change the Email Username of a Current User
This action requires the current User's Email Username to be changed, and that change verified. For more information on changing an Email Username, see the Help Article "Staff - Change Email Username"
Once changed on the current Staff Member, the Email Username can be used for assigning to another Staff Member, either on a:
New Staff Member, OR
Current Staff Member (by Changing their Username)
