General/Overview:
Staff Members are not "Deleted" but removed by making them "Inactive" so they do not display in the default Staff "Active Only" list.
π‘ TIP: Should the Staff Member be leaving the company, remove any company assigned Email Username before making them Inactive, for more information on removing an Email Username, see the Help Article "Change or Remove an Email Username"
β οΈ NOTE: A Staff Member will continue to display in Pay Periods until made Inactive. If the Staff Member is made Inactive after the current Pay Period has been created, they will display in that Pay Period, but cease to display in Pay Periods created after that.
To Remove a Staff Member
Quick Flow:
Company Settings Side Menu
Staff Top Tab
Staff Expandable Section
Staff Member Profile Window
Untick "Active"
Untick "Visible on Scheduling"
[SAVE]
1. From the Side Menu, Press Company Settings, then Press the Staff Top Tab, to display the Staff Expandable Section
2. From the Staff Expandable Section, Select and open the Staff Member Profile Window, then Scroll down to the "User Information" Section, then Untick "Active", and if Visible on Scheduler is ticked, Untick "Visible on Scheduling"
β οΈ NOTE: If Visible on Scheduling is unticked and the Staff Member has future Bookings, their Lane will display on any day with a future Booking so that the Booking is not missed and can be rescheduled to another Staff Member.
3. When finished [SAVE].
π‘ TIP: A Staff Member made Inactive can be made Active again. Filter the Staff List by "Inactive Only", select the Staff Member and Re-tick "Active", and "Visible on Scheduling" if needed.
